Vanguard Building Group is a construction group. We work two ways. We take a project on as the general contractor and deliver it end to end, or we come in on a single specialized trade inside a project someone else is running.
One party accountable for the scope
Both ways of working come down to the same thing: a clear scope, one party accountable for it, and a straight answer about where the work stands.
When we hold the whole project you have one contractor to ask and one contractor to hold to it. When we are brought in on a single trade, that scope is ours, and we work around the people either side of us without making their job harder.
We would rather decline work we cannot stand behind than take it on and hand you a problem later.

Drawings and site conditions get read properly first, so what we agree to is what we can build.
